This children's book recounts the life story of Diana Kolb, thoughtfully drawing parallels to the biblical narrative of Joseph. My role involved translating this sensitive and inspiring story into engaging and evocative visual narratives for a young audience.

The project demanded a keen understanding of visual storytelling, character development, and the ability to convey complex emotional themes through illustration. I utilized various artistic techniques to create a vibrant and meaningful visual accompaniment to the text. The book has garnered significant recognition, winning the 2025 Children's Book International Competition in the Biography Category (and runner-up in the Religious Category), as well as being awarded the 2025 Literary Global Children’s Book Awards in the Biography Category (and named a finalist in the Religious Category). This experience underscored my capacity for impactful visual communication and my ability to contribute to critically acclaimed publications.
